THE WEST INDIAN DAY PARADE.

One of the major events that I go to see every year is the West Indian Day parade that is held on Labor Day in Brooklyn. I always enjoy going to it every year and this year was no exception. Large crowds enjoying the event, the costumes, the music and lots of food for all to enjoy.

And a few funny moments as well happened, at one point there was a large truck with people on it blasting music. It’s something you normally see during the parade, but everyone that was on this particular truck was smoking weed.

And you could smell it, me and a few people got a “second hand” contact high. And the smell was so strong that the police was following this truck and they were wondering to bust the people right there on the spot or wait for them to finish the parade.

It was one of the highlights of the day for me, great costumes good music and a fun time had by everyone. Some of the outfit’s people wore while marching in the event were fantastic and had great details. Below are photos of the event.
